So
You think you need a REALTOR??
Now those are some scary words! But if you know
the right people, you don’t have to sweat any
of the stuff you would otherwise have to deal
with. So began my step into trusting someone
else to deal with a property for me, especially
my own property!
Actually this couple was recommended by a financial
group, and so I thought, O.K., how bad could
it get? I had only bought one property in the
Las Vegas/Henderson area, and the market was
only beginning to gel, (Think April 2001)! This
house I had bought was only in my possession
for a little more than a year, and things in
Vegas had not started screaming yet. I was in
an unenviable position and needed to sell this
home I was living in and this couple’s name
was given to me. I had bought this Home while
moving down here from the northwest and used
another Realty Agency, to purchase the property.
I found out later through research with several
title companies and insurance people that I
had In fact paid top dollar for the property
and given a very wealthy investor a tax advantage
just by signing a piece of paper! I had no Idea
that this was either a bad or good thing at
all, and was I disappointed later when I discovered
that either way, I could have been really taken
advantage of just by not having a legitimate,
informed and knowledgeable Realtor in my court!
So in walked Saad Ashraf and Melanie Wolfe,
and I thought that I was being set up, but,
(And This Is a Big But), was I surprised!! The
market was still soft, and I was in up to my
neck and I have no negotiating skills what-so
–ever!! I said go ahead and do what ever you
can, as I: 1. don’t have time. 2. Don’t have
the experience. 3. I Didn’t know who to call
and this was my first experience with selling
a property in Nevada. Not a great way to start
out, but after meeting these two, I did not
even think twice ever again. I left it all in
there hands and in the end I still did better
than breaking even! They did an assessment,
laid out a strategy and assisted me in every
aspect of the entire process! You can’t get
that from even a quarter or the Realtors out
there today. Would I use them again today? Of
course! No Realtor or financial person in the
business today have ever worked as well as these
two have for me, an electrician, working in
the trades.
Do you want the best deal? The best price? The
most feasible for all parties involved? A deal
that works versus one that doesn’t?
My second deal with them involved even more
countless hours of work on their side of the
fence, and yet they did the job and brought
the sale together, in spite of numerous circumstances
that were not pleasant in the least bit, and
these two stood by me and kept me focused on
the project of selling a house that was older,
and needed some work, yet together we brought
forth the most positive aspects of the home
and sold it well.
After all of this I did need an economical and
efficient place to live, (Read Condo), and with
their research and connections, I shortly moved
into a very nice place that needed some work,
but was easily livable. So, if you want someone
who doesn’t give up on you,
Works as hard, (Even More), than you do,
Call them. I did and I will, again and again.

Melanie
& Saad did such a wonderful job while we
were in Las Vegas searching for our home! They
dedicated an entire day to us!! They drove us
everywhere to find a house, taking care of all
our needs. We found our home in only ONE day,
because they were so efficient, calling one
place, driving to another. When we were ready
to make an offer, Saad & Melanie compared
all the prices of similar houses in the area,
negotiated with the other agent and at the end
of the day we had a deal! They worked so hard
