The
Lakes - Pecole Ranch
The Lakes
Located directly west of the Strip, The Lakes is one
of Las Vegas’ first Master Planned Communities. It was
built in the mid-1980's around several large man-made
lakes and features lakefront properties, custom homes,
single family homes and condominiums. Limited to resident
use, the lake is accessible by electric or sail boat.
There are green belt areas, a trail system, ponds and
streams as well as waterscapes throughout the community.

Peccole
Ranch
The beautiful Peccole Ranch is located just north of The
Lakes and is comprised of 12 communities, 5 of which are
gated. The community has 630 total acres including 330
acres of beautifully landscaped parks, trials and green
belts. Other features include a pool, tennis and volleyball
courts and a spacious clubhouse
