Desert Shores

Desert Shores is a beautifully planned community built around five man-made lakes in the northwest part of the valley. The lakes are annually stocked with fish and fishing is allowed. Nature is also abundant as ducks and swans are sometimes found crossing the neighborhood streets.

Desert Shores has a beach club complete with a lagoon, a sandy beach, a clubhouse and boathouse. Residents can also enjoy other amenities including a resort-style community center with a pool, spa, sand volleyball, tennis, picnic areas, BBQ pits, a number of parks, plus over 8 miles of paths for jogging, biking or roller blading.
The community is located at the eastern edge of Summerlin with approximately 3500 homes, including waterfront property with private docks. And don’t forget the close proximity to all that Las Vegas has to offer.
