Spanish Trail was one of the first true private communities in Las Vegas. Constructed in the 1980’s and 1990’s, the community is situated on over 640 acres in the southwest area of the valley. The community offers 11 neighborhoods with Single Family Homes, Custom Homes, Condominiums and Townhomes ranging from 1,300 to over 8,000 square feet.

This lush guard gated development features a beautiful 27-hole golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones, Jr. The course features fifteen lakes, streams, waterfalls, lush greens, tree lined fairway vistas and beautiful mountain views. Memberships are available to the Spanish Trails Golf and Country Club by invitation only to individuals, businesses or professional corporations engaged in business in Clark County. These are offered and sold by individual members. The association provides lists of memberships available for sale.

Spanish Trail is located approximately 15 minutes west of the strip and was constructed in the 1980’s and 1990’s. The community amenities include a 30,000 square foot Clubhouse with dining services, a fitness center, 2 pools, 2 spas and lighted tennis courts with a full service pro shop.
